Lower Level Plan
The lower level of the velodrome is designed as covers concession space that connects to both the bike track and adjacent soccer field.
Upper Level Plan
The upper level is an open concourse where residents can over look bike races and soccer games simultaneously. It also serves as much needed gathering space for community festivals and flea markets.
